Ok, so it’s a little dry… But by purchasing our services, you will confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. So please make sure you’re happy with them before signing up.

1. About Us
Actor Inside is the trading name of Hatchet Productions Ltd (company number 14383542), registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ ("we", "us", "our").
2. Our Agreement
These terms govern the coaching services we provide to independent clients. Again, please not that by purchasing our services, you accept these terms in full. These terms may be updated periodically; though changes will not affect existing bookings.
3. Payment, Pricing, & validity of Coaching Packages
All our service fees are shown and charged in GBP. Actor Inside is not currently VAT-registered. Please contact us for up-to-date package details and pricing.
Full payment of service fees is required before the service may start, unless a payment plan has been agreed. In such cases, you agree to complete all instalments in full, even if you do not make use of the service. All instalments must be paid promptly according to the agreed timetable in order to retain access to the services. Late payments may result in cancellation of access to the service in question without refund.
Payment is accepted via multiple methods including Stripe or PayPal, or bank transfer (by request)
All 1:1 coaching sessions must be used within 6 months from the package purchase date. After this period, unused sessions will expire and no refunds will be provided. We may grant extensions in exceptional circumstances or Force Majeure events.
4. Booking & Rescheduling Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are usually available during our business hours (Mon–Fri, 10 am–6 pm UK time), with additional evening and weekend slots possible in special circumstances at trainer discretion. We’ll always aim to accommodate your preferred time slots subject to availability, but rescheduling remains dependent on trainer availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling online 1:1 coaching sessions, and 3 days’ notice for in-person sessions. Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice count as used and cannot be refunded.
Reschedule requests can be made either via the scheduling link provided, or by contacting your coach directly via email.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
SERVICE CANCELLATIONS
1:1 Coaching Packages:
Coaching packs may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have taken place.
If sessions have already been used (including any forfeited sessions), a pro-rata refund will be issued based on the number of sessions remaining.
After 14 days, fees are non-refundable.
Group Coaching Courses:
If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and before the course begins, you will receive a full refund.
Once the course has started, fees are non-refundable, except under our Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you miss a live session for any reason, no partial refund or replacement session can be offered in its place. Some resources may be provided for catch-up at Actor Inside’s discretion.
Satisfaction Guarantee: if you complete one of our Group Coaching Courses in good faith and do not feel you have gained value, we will refund your fee in full. To qualify, you must attend at least 5 out of the 6 live group coaching sessions. Refund requests under this guarantee must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the final course session and will be processed within 14 working days. Please note that this guarantee applies only to core group coaching course fees, and does not extend to any extra-support add-ons which you may have purchased alongside your course.
Extra Support Add-ons
Personal Coaching Pack: Same refund and cancellation terms as 1:1 coaching packages (see above). Forfeited sessions are treated as taken.
Personal Coaching Portal Add-on: Access lasts 12 months from activation. Non-refundable once access is granted. Access is for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred.
Accountability Boost and Practice Partner Finder: Non-refundable once activated (i.e. once the first message is sent or the partner is introduced).
Bundles: Treated as a combined purchase. Refund and cancellation rules apply to each component as described above, and the strictest applicable rule will apply to the bundle as a whole.
OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Although we will do our best to deliver the services as promised, we may need to cancel or reschedule your sessions in exceptional circumstances. If we or your trainer need to cancel or reschedule your sessions, we will:
Provide you with maximum possible notice
Offer a reasonable selection of alternative dates for the affected sessions, or grant a pro-rata refund if we are unable to provide these for you
6. Session Requirements
SET-UP REQUIREMENTS
For online sessions:
Stable internet connection, working webcam and microphone, with Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams capability
In-person sessions:
In-person sessions take place at a location agreed in advance. Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for providing a suitable private space and covering any venue or trainer travel expenses.
For all sessions:
A quiet, private space (so as to avoid any undermining the training with unnecessary self-consciousness) – with some space to move around and make some noise for vocal work
TECHNICAL ISSUES DURING ONLINE SESSIONS
We recommend testing your setup before sessions, especially if you are new to online training.
If technical issues disrupt a 1:1 session, we will work with you to resolve them. Where disruption is persistent and not linked to your setup, your trainer will suggest rescheduling at no additional cost. Otherwise, the session will be treated as having taken place.
In group coaching courses, technical issues affecting an individual participant cannot result in rescheduling or refund. Catch-up resources may be provided at Actor Inside’s discretion.
7. Publicity & Testimonials
Actor Inside may use anonymised participant feedback and testimonials, images, or short clips from training sessions for promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media, case studies).
Identifiable material will only be shared with your explicit consent, which may be given verbally during a session or in writing. If at any time you change your mind, you can request in writing that we withdraw this material from our publicity channels, and we will do so as soon as possible.
8. Session Recordings
We record and transcribe our online sessions as a training resource in order to provide your training session summaries
Recording sessions yourself (video, audio, or transcription) is not permitted without prior written permission from your trainer
Where permitted and/or provided by us, session recordings remain the intellectual property of Actor Inside, though can be made available for personal use by request. In such cases, our ownership of the material still stands, and you may not share, copy, or distribute any such shared materials without written permission from Actor Inside
9. Behaviour & Participation
Respectful behaviour is requested at all times, towards both coaches and fellow participants. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund.
We take the safety and wellbeing of participants seriously. Concerns may be raised with your coach or the Actor Inside team, and we will take reasonable steps to address them. However, Actor Inside cannot be held responsible for the behaviour of other participants, or for any emotional or interpersonal issues that arise between participants.
Actor Inside is not responsible for the actions or reliability of any practice partners matched as part of optional offers.
10. Your responsibilities
If you choose to train with us, we ask that you:
Attend sessions punctually and prepared
Complete any agreed pre-work or assignments
Provide accurate information for assessments
Maintain respectful conduct during our sessions
Respect intellectual property rights
Give required notice for any schedule changes
11. Our Commitments
In return, Actor Inside will:
Deliver all pre-agreed services professionally and with reasonable care
Maintain confidentiality of all discussions
Provide suitably qualified trainers for you
Give reasonable notice of any changes to your package
Store and process your data in accordance with UK data protection laws
Provide post-session support as specified in your package
12. Psychological Safety & Mental Health
Our programmes are designed to be supportive, confidence-building, and professional. However, they are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. By participating, you agree to take responsibility for your own psychological and physical wellbeing.
Please inform your trainer of any relevant health concerns ahead of booking training. If significant concerns arise while working together, we may need to pause or cancel your training. In such circumstances, rescheduling or refund will be at Actor Inside’s discretion.
13. Intellectual Property
All training materials, including session recordings and digital resources, remain our intellectual property
Any shared materials are for your personal use only
You may not share, copy, or distribute our materials without written permission from Actor Inside
Any serious breach of these terms may result in your access being revoked and any remaining training discontinued, without refund.
14. Data Protection
Actor Inside collects and processes personal data in order to deliver our services, provide course materials, maintain training records, and communicate with you about your training and related offers.

15. Force Majeure
Sometimes events beyond our reasonable control – such as natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, or widespread technical failures – may affect our ability to deliver services. In these circumstances:
We'll notify you promptly of any disruption to your training
While we cannot be held liable for such disruptions or guarantee specific solutions, we may offer to extend your session validity period or provide alternative dates where feasible
16. Liability
While we aim to provide the best possible training experience, we need to be clear about our liability limits. We cannot accept liability for:
Technical issues outside our control
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss or underperformance of business opportunities or revenue
Changes to your psychological wellbeing
Any issues arising from not meeting the technical or room requirements outlined in Section 6
Except where prohibited by law, our liability to you is limited to direct losses only. Our total liability is capped at the amount you’ve paid for our services, except where the law prevents such limitation (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
