First, we take the time to get to know our trainees (and their managers), drawing up a set of shared goals for our sessions together, and setting the starting markers of skill and confidence for us to measure our progress against.

The bread and butter of the programme, our coaching sessions combine acting insights with a practical learn-by-doing approach that prioritises practical work on tangible individual challenges, to increase effectiveness and save trainees’ prep time outside the course.

We’ll have a short check-in with the trainee one month after the course is complete to act as a refresher, and help them stay fresh with all their skills after finishing.

We provide trainees with a handy reference guide with a list of exercises and helpful hints to help them keep putting everything they achieve into practice after the course is complete.

If any trainee completes all sessions and homework and are still not measurably more confident by the end? We’ll offer you a full refund for their training course. Simple.
